Repercussion

A person's decision may impact his own or other's people's lives directly or indirectly. Sometimes without thought a person makes a rash decision and goes on to regret it later in his life. The tongue is hard to tame, and the heart is deceitful above all things, but we have to forget what is behind and strain towards what is ahead.

Before a word is on my tongue you, LORD, know it completely.

Psalm 139:4

If anyone speaks, it should be as one who speaks God's words; if anyone serves, it should be from the strength God provides, so that God may be glorified through Jesus Christ in everything. To Him belong the glory and the power forever and ever. Amen. 1 Peter 4:11

Be careful to live properly among your unbelieving neighbors. Then even if they accuse you of doing wrong, they will see your honorable behavior, and they will give honor to God when he judges the world.
1 Peter 2:12

You were running a good race. Who cut in on you to keep you from obeying the truth?
Gal 5:7

As dead flies give perfume a bad smell, so a little folly outweighs wisdom and honor. Eccs 10:1
