I came across this while searching on St Bonaventure on my previous post and was intrigued to it. Indeed when i read it i cant help but find it true. I do not want to go over debating the fact whether a guardian angel is assigned to us but i believe in these verse:
For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways Psalm 91:13
(i have posted on this verse before and some argued it only refers to on Jesus but it was pointed out that this applies to all of God's people whom He loves)
and:
The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them.
Psalm 34:7
we can argue over whether a single angel was assigned to each one of us anot but i do believe our Lord does send forth His angels to us, be it for protection, guidance or prophetic message and warnings. I do also seem to realise that these are the works of the Holy Spirit as well.
